Al\u00e9m de valorizar estes profissionais, o objetivo foi fortalecer as rela\u00e7\u00f5es interpessoais no trabalho e motivar a continuidade do processo das a\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a do servidor nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os do Poder Executivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans',sans-serif;color: #061018\">Foram desenvolvidas as seguintes a\u00e7\u00f5es em Sa\u00fade Ocupacional no IMETRO-SC:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans',sans-serif;color: #061018\">&#8211; Revis\u00e3o e elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano Anual de A\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans',sans-serif;color: #061018\">&#8211; Fomenta\u00e7\u00e3o e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Programas do Manual de Sa\u00fade Ocupacional (MSO) entre outros.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans',sans-serif;color: #061018\">&#8211; Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o do NRS 10, NR33 e NR35.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans',sans-serif;color: #061018\">&#8211; Acompanhamento funcional dos colaboradores em afastamento de Sa\u00fade, tendo por objetivo conhecer sua realidade e oferecer apoio na promo\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans',sans-serif;color: #061018\">&#8211; Fomentar a\u00e7\u00f5es que buscam parcerias entre \u00f3rg\u00e3os governamentais que auxiliem nas a\u00e7\u00f5es de promo\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00fade ocupacional.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans',sans-serif;color: #061018\">&#8211;
